Besides the amazing location this home features an ideal floor plan with high ceilings, tiled formal dining and living room areas, as well as a spacious and tiled kitchen/family room layout with double sliding doors to the oversized and screened pool deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in the heated pool/spa. The first floor also features a queen bedroom with shared access to the pool bathroom for your convenience. The indoor laundry room is also located on first floor. The second floor has a huge master bedroom (king sized bed) and bath offering dual, split vanities, garden tub as well as an enclosed and spacious shower stall. Additionally, you will find three other guest bedrooms (consisting of a queen sized bed and 4 twins) as well as two other guest bathrooms for your convenience. The ample landing/loft will provide you with a wide array of opportunities to make it your own. This home comes completely furnished and ready for your family to make endless memories while soaking up the Florida sun. Please read before booking! Thank you. Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival. Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly.
