Located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, this gated community offers 24/7 security and outstanding amenities. Guests enjoy access to a beautifully appointed clubhouse featuring guest services, a resort-style pool, spa, sauna, fitness center, and a lively Tiki Bar. Walking trails and common areas create a true resort lifestyle just moments from the magic of Orlando.

📝Other things to note:
• Please note the resort charges $20 per car plus tax paid at the clubhouse for access to the entire stay (not per day) and is nonrefundable.
• BBQ Grill: A BBQ grill is available for $90+tax for your entire stay. Propane and cooking utensils are included.
• Pets: Pets are welcome! Please let us know if you plan to bring pets with you.

*** $150 for each additional pet. An invoice will be sent after booking for any additional pets.

• POOL/SPA Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

● Please kindly note the thermostat is locked to prevent the temperature from being set below 72°F for safety reasons and prevent the unit from freezing.

• There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. Please note the grill on site is non-operable and owner`s personal.

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
• Refund policy: All refunds will subject to a 3rd party 4% credit card fee
Guests must follow swimming pool rules. Swim at your own risk. No diving, No Jumping.

Guest will need to sign a waiver of liability/hold harmless agreement for the use of the pool. Guest will hold the hosts, property manager, owner hold harmless for the use of the pool


There is a $20 fee per car paid at Clubhouse for vehicle access managed by the resort.

-We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

-Pool Heat is $40 per day plus tax.
Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

-PET FEE (for entire stay, not per day):
$150 for the 1st pet. Please select `Pet` when you book;
$150 plus tax for each additional pet. We will send you an invoice for more than 1 pet after you book.

-BBQ grill is available upon request for $80 + tax. It includes propane, cleaning, and supplies.

No commercial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
