Loved the Media Room!! Our family loved staying at Charles & Joanne’s home. Everything was clean and bright and very welcoming for our multi-generational family trip. The location is an easy drive to Disney. We especially loved the media room for our downtime between Disney park days. The kids brought a Nintendo switch and young and old had a ball playing games from the recliners. We had several deliveries of food, groceries, and mobility devices. The community is gated so it’s very quiet, but deliveries were seamless which saved us from spending precious vacation time running errands. Charles & Joanne were wonderful hosts and incredibly fast at responding to the few questions we had. Thank you for being wonderful hosts! The swimming pool (with the hot tub and children's pool) and the movie theater were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us! The gated community was clean and quiet, and the location was awesome for the Disney parks, grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Lovely bedrooms with the comfiest beds, exceptionally clean and it was an exactly as described on the website. The villa was really well equipped, towels for bathrooms and separate towels for pool area together with huge washing machines and dryers which were a godsend to us. Pool area and cinema room were fantastic. Really close to all parks, the longest travel time we had was only 30 mins to universal, most days it took us no longer than 20 mins to get to parks or return home. Walmart and target very close and we made regular stops at 7/11 for slushies. Communication with the villa owners was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. My family and I planned a road trip to Florida, our first vacation after 5 years, and I am so happy we came across this beautiful vacation home. This home made our trip that much more amazing. It was our home away from home during our stay. I cannot recall staying at a vacation home this well kept before. From the decor, the cleanliness, the private swimming pool, the home theatre, everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation was found in this home. We felt sad to leave at the end of our stay. The owners, Charles and Joanne were amazing. They kept us updated and responded to any questions/concerns we had. They were great hosts and we cannot thank them enough for allowing us to stay in one of their beautiful homes. The group included 4 generations with a 1 - 80 age range. With so much planning and so much time until our trip, the house had a lot to live up to. Far exceeded expectations. The home comfortably handled 12 guests, the neighborhood was quiet, the kitchen is well stocked and the pool…it was hard to decide whether to go to the parks or stay at the pool. My 6 yo grandson learned to swim in that pool. The beds are comfortable. The owners, Charles and Jo happily accommodated our request for 2 pack and plays and 2 high chairs as we had a 1 yo and a 2 yo in our group. It’s in a fantastic location on Sea Pearl Circle. Close to Walmart, 192, Sunset Walk and of course Disney. It took us 5-10 mins to drive to get to the parks each morning. The home itself is modern and bright and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the cinema room and would highly recommend watching Star Wars!! Charles and Jo were perfect hosts. Their communication was exceptional, they were always available to answer any questions we may have and sent us a digital guide book for the home in advance so we could familiarise ourselves with the home before we arrived. We enjoyed it that much, we’ve booked to return next year and the year after! Close to all the Disney parks and many of their great places it is in the ideal location. There was plenty of room for all and the pool with hot tub / spa was the perfect temp for the little ones (we did have heating added) and for us adults to relax. Many nights we had dinner outside by the pool and enjoyed the piece and quiet with a few drinks to whined down after a long day. We all loved the cinema room, and those huge relaxing chairs made it great for a movie night or two. The villa itself was exceptionally clean and tidy and it was clear to see the attention to detail the owners have paid to it, nice and modern unlike a lot of Orlando villas!!! We would defiantly recommend this villa if your planning on a stay for Disney, we will be returning for sure.. The whole experience was positive from beginning to end. I clearly understand how this property has received 5 stars consistently!! The correspondence with Charles and Jo was always professional and friendly. They provided plenty of details about the house and all questions were answered upfront. The digital welcome guide was very helpful for me and my family. The check-in process was easy and we received our codes at the agreed upon time. This property was the perfect vacation spot for our extended family of 12 people. The interior of the property is gorgeous and modern. Our children loved the movie room and pool. The kitchen provided plenty of room and all the extras that home provides. The major takeaway for me was the comfortable beds. Most of the time, I don’t sleep well when I travel.
