Our friend group had a great time! Place was clean nice. Easy to get in and out. The only “issue” we had was we were there 6 nights and only had two trash bags so we had to go buy some. It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, but still offered a gathering place. The little private pool was the perfect size. We also loved the amenities of tge larger community pool/mini golf. Lots of safe areas to go for our evening walks and plenty of places to fish. We caught some good sized bass! Other people mentioned the coffee maker didn't work, but it was actually the outlets on the wall behind the stove. Once we moved the coffee maker to the island, it was great. Rental company was easy to communicate with. Master bed was super comfortable. Location close to Disney and Universal. Walk to waterpark and clubhouse wasn’t far. Access into community and townhouse was easy. Plenty of parking space available. No issues with the wifi or connectivity. However, property can be cleaned a little better. Floors were quite dirty leaving socks or bare feet black. Kitchen can be a little more equipped. Starter essential package wasn’t enough. A lot of things we needed to buy but difficult as they don’t come in small quantities and were either wasted or lugged back with us. ##### Jo-Ann T. Family of 5 stayed very comfortably. Close to Disney, Sea World etc. Experienced small problem with wifi not working. Notified management and they sent someone out right away. Plenty of paper products and cleaning to get you started. Cons- sheets were very thin and worn, pillows were also very cheap and flat, every pillow in the place was the same. Outdoor patio furniture not as pictured, no loungers and they are in the photos, padding on benches were replaced and did not fit correctly. I sent message regarding loungers missing and was told property is what it is. No dish towels, no plastic dishes for young children. We made it all work, this was my first VRBO so I learned a lot. It meant all our expectations. Customer service was wonderful. They responded promptly. The house was clean and had everything you need. Enough rooms for a comfortable stay. The pool is perfect for the kiddos, it’s entertained them all day. The only things that I would recommend is: they should provide a mop because the floor gets wet from walking in and out from the pool into the house. We encounter issues with the dryer, but they fixed it shortly after. Lastly, the dressers should be bolted to the wall for child safety. One of the dressers tipped over onto my son; he was fine but just to avoid this from happening again. Otherwise, this is my second time staying in this community and I would come again. ##### Yenibeth B. I asked three times for someone to call me, and they never did. Once was around 10:30 at night because the door code wouldn't work. We were worn out and couldn’t get in. Finally, after several tries it worked and we got in the home but never received a call, even the next day. The garbage disposal was broken, and that side of the sink was stopped up the entire time, I again asked for a phone call and never received one. The pool furniture was rusted and broke. The master bedroom light was burned out and the master bathroom cabinet door needed screwed to the hinge as it was falling off. Overall if I would have had better communication with Wonder Vacations, I would have given a much higher rating because it is a nice place, but they clearly didn’t care about us. We spent 1 week here, and there was plenty of room and it was very clean. The location was good too as it was central to many Orlando attractions.
