Listing says BBQ, crib, among other items. You find out after you book that those items don't come with the place, but they send multiple emails a day trying to get you to pay extra for them. A pool on site and they are too cheap to provide towels for pool. (pool sells towels, but doesn't provide them) You get 1 towel per person and are told you can't bring them to pool. No washcloths provided. They say for sanitary reasons?? They can't wash them? Bleach and detergent works pretty well. 5 star hotels give them to guests. How do they do it???? Pubic hair on bathroom floor. I have photos. No broom, one trash bag, and no cleaning supplies. Half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and instructed to go purchase our own if we run out.
