- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a full private en-suite bathroom.

- Additional Sleeping: Two folding beds in the unit (best suited for children and young adults).

This unit has 4 TVs all equipped with Roku streaming. Watch live TV through the Roku channel guide or log in to use your own personal Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FEEL AT HOME
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a microwave, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

There is also a washer and dryer inside your unit, along with clean linens and bath towels for your convenience. *Please note: Pool towels are NOT included.*

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Parking Regulations: There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Additional free parking is available directly at the pool area. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN THE GARAGE.
- Starter Kit Provided: We supply you with a starter kit consisting of 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps, and 1 travel-size bottle of shampoo per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods, a 4 oz. bottle of dish detergent, and 2 trash bags per container. From there, it is your responsibility to replenish supplies as needed at nearby stores.
- AC Temperature Settings: The lowest the air conditioning temperature can go is 72°F. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze up and stop working.
