5 Star Stay!!

This place is great! My 3rd time staying here. It really is a great price for what you get. Neighborhood and pool area is nice and stores/food very conveniently located. Beds are comfortable and the home is updated and in good condition. Linda is great to work with, I look for her places as she owns one other property in the development. Only complaint is it is a bit of drive to anything. Traffic has gotten worse over the years so it takes longer to get to the parks or to the beach. Just plan accordingly, with traffic it’s about 1 hour to attractions and the beaches on the golf side is about 2-2.5 hours. The beaches on the Atlantic are a bit closer, but to me they aren’t as nice.

‘25 April All Parks Vacation

We are a family of seven so using a VRBO rental for us is practical. The listing is as described and the host was great, very communicative, and the instructions were very clear for the check-in/check-out process. We used the amenities on check-in day and on our “rest” day. There were a few draw backs which was the distance to the parks, esp with that FL traffic but we made do. The house was clean but like surface level clean, there was still debris on the floors but we just swept it up. The air does not go past 72 and it was a VERY hot week, most nights we just slept with a sheet and the box fan on blast. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed stay

Everything You Need

The house was what was described online. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet at night after long days at the parks. Check in went smoothly and we enjoyed the pools on our down days. It was a bit of a drive to Disney and the other theme parks we went to but not a deal breaker. As a plus Linda was fantastic to deal with!

Great Place for Family

The home and accommodations were perfect for our whole family . We visited all the amusement parks and then came home to cook and enjoy the pool and amenities. Our Hostess was a blessing and helped me with airport locations, attractions and so much more . A great stay , Highly recommend!

A Good Stay

The house is nice-our GPS kept taking us to the wrong street so finding it initially was tricky. The house was nice, quiet neighborhood, and we all felt safe. Close to a lot of the fun things. Would stay again!

House was very nice

We had a good time. The house was exactly like the pictures. We didnt have any issues and Linda was straightforward with every process of checking in/out. The community pool was a long walk but we didnt mind, it was quieter at the location of the house.

We LOVED the house!!!

The house was awesome!!! Perfect for our trip and plenty of space for our family of 6. There was so much room. Very spacious. The pool amenities were so nice to have as well. We really enjoyed it. It was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Quiet and secure

The townhome was plenty large enough for 5 of us. We had everything we needed and we weren’t too far from the places we went. The kids enjoyed the pool and food was good at the bar/restaurant. Home was clean. We enjoyed staying there.

Clean and inviting. Amazing place all in one activities in one area

Loved that everything was all in one place for all to enjoy. The convenience of a "little town" in one resort and close to all the major attractions of Disney. Linda was prompt in returning messages and answering anything we needed. It was the perfect set up and place for us as our kids cheered and performed for the D2 Summit.

Excellent towne house

This was one of the nicest units that we have stayed in in the Orlando area. The unit is over stocked with everything that you would ever need. We always bring guests with us to Orlando and they were also very impressed with the unit and location. Thank you very much for the opportunity to enjoy a great vacation in this beautiful town house. I will be looking forward to renting this unit again.

Everything was great except the beds were terrible.

Regal Palms amazing!

If the weather had been better it would have been perfect! We loved the unit we stayed in this year! It was our 3rd time staying on the property. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the Wi Fi and had to go down to the office so my daughter could use her computer but other than that everyone enjoyed it. Would love to stay there again! Thank you Linda!!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was clean and spacious for our needs. The pool area is very nice and clean as well. We did eat the food at the pool and it was very good. My husband enjoyed having drinks; sitting at the Tiki Hut area! The only thing that happened was two of the bath tubs backed up on us, but maintenance was taking care of that and if that's the worse that happened I'd say we did very good!
