Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- Once the refund is processed, timelines depend on the payment processor used and may vary based on your bank or financial institution. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time—for your comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. Please make the request before your scheduled check-out time so we can notify our cleaners in advance. \- Standard check-out is by 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 fee.
