Stunning, 2 Bed, 2 bath Condo, with AMAZING water views and vista across Orlando. Disney Fireworks can be seen from the balcony! Just look to the right, nightly at 9PM (schedule changes through the year) and you will be able to see the fireworks. Designer furnished. Bedroom 1\. King Suite with large walk in shower. Bedroom 2\. King Bedroom situated next to the family bathroom which has a bath and shower over bath. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, this resort home has a stone kitchen and all-tile floors except the luxury King Bed Suite and 2nd King Bedroom. Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom. A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining. A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home . Being on the 4th floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice. Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom. This condo is an ideal base for a family and children with a safety rail between the sun trap that is the lanai and the water inlet that you can sit out in front of and watch those fireworks! The space \-Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories. World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando. Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self-catered trip. Noteworthy but not exhaustive:- Entrance to Storey lake is secured by gate and guardhouse. The Hideaway - Clubhouse: There are no fees for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM. ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’) If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. I felt safe and the unit was spotless clean upon my arrival. It was quiet and I had everything I needed in the unit during my stay. A lightbulb needed replaced and the response was immediate. We loved it. A nice touch: The premises offers a ride in a golf-cart from/to the apartment and the pool free of charge. You just call them by phone. I was not happy when I called the property manager host, on my arrival day, around 1pm and asked If I could go into the unit, at 2pm instead of before 4pm, to just change into my swimming suit to use the pool, since I just came from a long flight from the West Coast, and she told me no. I told her it was just me, and all I wanted to do was put my 1 suitcase into the unit and change into my swimsuit. Nothing would be used. She told me no, but that she could allow me in at 3pm. When I went to the unit at 3pm, my key did not work, and I had to call her again, and she eventually got my code to work to get into the unit, to change my clothes. It was a hassle, and I would not stay there again, based on the fact they could not accomdate my simple (didn't cost them anything) request. I got there on a late Tuesday afternoon, and the parking lot was empty, and the condo maintenance guy, said it was a really slow week for the condo rentals, and hardly anyone there.I left the unit alot cleaner than when I went into it, but because they chose to not accomodate my request of going into the unit at 2pm, that Tuesday, instead of 4pm, to change my clothes. I thought that was really bad customer service. And because of that, I would never stay at this unit again. ##### bev l.
