Loved the pools and outdoor things. Our condo was very disappointing. The one chair was broken. Two of the beds had sheets but no blankets. The cookware was non existent we had two skillets that were awful and only one small pot. The hand vac didn't work. I would come back to the property but not the unit we were in.

It was great, really nice and spacious. I had 3 nights for 10 person and the bathroom only had one roll of paper and it was not new, we had to buy some. The kitchen didn’t had so many utensils for that many people. We put the trash outside like they told us, but the next morning it was a disaster.

The house was great! The team that assisted me always answered my questions and solve issues quickly. They were very polite and helpful. Also, it was just 20 minutes from Disney Land. Furthermore, the price is great! I am planning to go back other times.

All amenities aren’t open due to Covid but the pool and water park are and they both were great for the children and myself. Minor repairs but property had someone there in a reasonable amount of time. Returned home today after 6days and my family already wants to go back. Con: saw a bug the last day there but it may have flew in because I saw no evidence of bugs upon arrival or while staying.

The property was very nice. I just wish they had window coverings. At night, I felt like everyone could see through the back sliding glass doors. The sun came in quite bright in the morning through the bedroom blinds. I didn’t like the process of checking in. They asked for a copy of my driver’s license and credit card which I questioned and was leery to give but after confirming with a rep, I complied. So far no issues but they need to find a better process to make their guest feel secure. Due to COVID I didn’t want to be around a lot of people so I was interested in things the kids could do at the resort. The arcade was closed which was disappointing. The pool was really nice. The proximity to the theme parks was great without being in all the traffic. All in all we enjoyed ourselves. If I stay again, I will remember to ask about window treatments. It’s just creepy feeling like people are watching you.

The house is average. It was clean, plenty of space for 10 to fit comfortably. The pool however was filthy. I called to have it cleaned on Saturday. I had to call back on Sunday when no one showed up. They said I had to send a picture to show the pool dirty before they could send someone, which I find ridiculous. Finally on Monday they came and cleaned the pool. I have read in many of the comments that the pool was filthy. I don't understand why they don't clean it when they clean the property for the next reservation? Other than that the property was ok for the price. It is nicely located with plenty of stores and restaurants within a five minute drive. And only about 25 minutes to most of the theme parks.

They should put in the description that the property is self servicing basically bring your own everything. Property was not properly cleaned and they did nothing about it. Nice area but will not recommend.

The place was pretty good, very spacious had a bit of issues with the cleanliness of the place, the pool needed to be cleaned, the remote controls didn’t have batteries, a couple were missing and one of the tv’s in the room was not working properly, I emailed but the issues were never addressed. If you needed the pool clean you had to send an email and photos it was just too many hoops to go through to get some basic work done. The communication with the company was not the best, I had multiple people email me about the same issues when doing the reservation. We did like pool it was a good size, the place was quiet and close to dining and shopping. 30min from Disney and 40 from Universal.

I was very dissatisfied with this trip. The check in was fine but the amenities such as the pool, the restaurant, etc. were closed for “rebranding” and I was not notified of this. The house itself was filthy and certainly wasn’t cleaned well after the last guests were there. We found food on chairs, toys all over and the walls and light switches were dirty. There were lights burnt out and a lot of handles broken. I have stayed in the past and did not experience this before. It’s usually a nice place to stay but lack of notification about the amenities and not cleaned well (especially during a pandemic) certainly will make me question staying there again

When we arrived at the property we couldn't get into the home because the code was incorrect,the next day we went to leave out & couldn't get back in with the code. We were without cable the entire weekend. We were told someone was coming out but the never arrived.

The house wasn’t clean and the pool was dirty. The refrigerator was broke. Wasn’t able to use the pool until my last two days. I never stayed in a vacation home that had clean the bathrooms. The freezer on the refrigerator kept leaking that we had to mop or keep a towel on the floor. We used coolers and ice to keep things cold. But I would never stay there again.

Our stay here was great, everything was so nicely done and very clean. The private pool was so nice after a long day at Disney and the resort amenities were fun for our kids as well! Will definitely be back!

great house great location
The only thing I would say is the photos that you are showing seem to be show homes perhaps , I would have preferred to be shown exactly the property we would have received if there had been a choice. Nothing wrong at all with the property would just have preferred a little more modern as per pictures. I enjoy sitting by the pool unfortunately no loungers as not big enough maybe , could have had 2 recliner chair/lounger. All in all great stay.

This was by far the best home I stayed in very clean and just like the pictures. The only thing was the wifi didnt work, the propane in the grill was gone and it was hard to get in touch with customer service. Other than that everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable very spacious and everyone loved it.

We travel to Florida twice a year for vacation. Rented many times at different resort around the area. This was ao basic, not as promoted at Expedia. For us is 2 stars. Very smelly and dirt hole. Lack of many things. Just few towels o even enough for our family. We has to expend extra money in cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell but it did not work. Paid extra for swimming pool. It was dirty. Many things we had to call to get fixed. The amenities in the club house were closed and the main pool was not heated for the cold weather. Just ruined our Christmas vacations. There were other issues but I don’t want to expend more time writing. Never again.

It was a little deceiving how it was presented in the website. This is a house for rent by someone. It doesn’t tell you that the development where it is isn’t finished so the beautiful pictures of the water park etc are non existent. In order to rent the place you pay in advance and they won’t tell you they can and will refuse to refund you if you don’t comply with everything they want from you like photocopy of ID with you in picture, copy of CC, etc they’re also very rude when trying to ask questions. There is a cleaning fee on top of what you pay for rent. Also WiFi password didn’t work, we called to ask and they said that’s the password so there “problem fixed”. No WiFi thru our stay. All that being said the house was very small but beautifully decorated and kids loved the themed rooms, very clean. A super market very close to the house and places to eat quick meals as well. House itself is cozy and very nice. Too much of a hassle to rent again though.

This property was a great idea for my family. My children get a bit overwhelmed by the crowds and fast pace of the parks. We were able to enjoy our time at Universal, and then come back to the condo to relax. We loved having the kitchen and a grocery store within 5 minutes so we didn’t have to spend all of our extra time and money eating at restaurants. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay off property.

First i called them and the person that i talked to was rude, basically giving me orders instead being helpful. Mattresses were terrible, after being in parks walking around we definitely need to rest but those .99 cents mattresses didn't help, internet was terrible i couldn't use it mostly, the pool and the pool area were durty one of the bed was to low, i could say mattress was on the floor. At the spare time at that house we needed toddlers channel "Disney" or any like this one. Only big kids. I stayed in much better place for less money. A place that i won't recommend to no one.

The Resort was good overall. Everything was clean, the area was nice and quiet and we seem to have it all to ourselves. I didn’t like the fact that their was a fee for the grill, a fee for the spa pool, and our pool light didn’t work. They are constructing new houses around the resort so there was construction going on but it didn’t disturb us at all.

Not too far from Disney about 15-20 minutes away, I read all bad reviews but took a chance, our home was nice, big, everything was perfect besides the fact that the cell reception was poor and the wifi didn’t work all that great but besides that we all loved the home. Definitely better than any hotel. Would definitely return. The check in process was easy, was more than enough room for our family. Would definitely recommend to friends and family for future travel. I was scared when I read the reviews but fortunately for us we had a great experience with this property. Our vacation was wonderful and the home was a great choice.
