I had a question about the pool and it was immediately addressed. The rooms are nicely appointed and loved that extra blankets were available in all rooms. The area is nice and good restaurants and grocery stores are just a couple of minutes away. The traffic to Disney and Universal stinks, but not really anything one can do about that other than plan to leave early. The manager made the house welcoming and ready for our holiday with a beautiful tree. Any issues were handled quickly and without fuss. The location was fantastic with a grocery store close by. The drive to the parks was about 25-30 minutes, which wasn't bad. The house was clean, beds were soft & it was all perfect for our needs. The added touch of soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms, dish soap & other kitchen items and a small container of laundry soap was especially nice. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Emma M. Customer service was not great , had issues and called for help with no response. Beds and furniture are very cheap . After checking in we found that none of the reasons we selected the property , were worth it. The house has a great layout and though its a few extra minutes from the Disney parks, the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We to are VRBO owners and rent our home in Scottsdale, so it was nice being a guest , to see what other VRBO owners do for their guests and see if we can add those ideas for our guest. Here are some issues we had with the house No blinds on front door, anyone can look into house and see all the way to back of house. The vertical blinds in the kitchen had 11 missing panels , so no privacy in the kitchen. The air hockey was not working, and from prevoius review , was never fixed. The BBQ grill was so dirty , that you wouldnt want to cook anything on it. The supplies that they offer is very minimal, to us if guest spend money renting your home , you provide them with more and better quality supplies. The beds are very creaky, but mattress very comfortable. The furniture was on the cheaper side, the couches are not very comfortable, though the main couch is a pull out bed, which may be the reason. A voicemail into our property manager , went unreturned. Until the owner/property manager fixes these issues , I would not recommend this home. ##### Dan and Shelly K. This home was perfect for our stay. Close to Disney with several grocery stores and dining options. The home was very clean and the pool was so refreshing after coming back after a long day in the sun.
