We absolutely loved everything! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was conveniently located close to the waterpark. Highly recommend!!

The resort was beautiful and hated to leave a small annoying smoke detector had a lose wire and caused a few morning wake up scares but maintenance showed up each time to quickly resolve issue.

When we arrived at the property, my son stepped on something on the living room rug and picked it up. It apoeared to be DOG POOP! I reached out to the property. I told them I had small children with me and that one of the children is only 1yrs old, that I didn't want her crawling around the floor on a dirty rug. I was told they would work on a solution. It was close to bed time, so I left it be. The next morning, they were still working on a solution. We rolled the rug up and placed it somewhere the children wouldn't be on it. We were there for 5 nights and no one ever came to remove or clean the rug. They just kept saying they were working on a solution. I can't personally understand how either removing the rug from the space and cleaning it could be that difficult. It isnt like I asked for a refund. No rug or a clean rug. The last contact was to tell me they would send someone to resolve the issue the following morning. The day we were leaving. This was after I declined to stay an additional night. Also of note, the unit description says there are BBQ grills and other amenities. These amenities are only available with extra fees. They will send you a list of extra things you can rent for your stay after you book. Most are around $100 extra per stay.
