We only stayed one night, but the room was nicely appointed and clean. It is close to restaurants and Disney Springs. It was a great option for the price to stay one more night off Disney property. Very nice hot breakfast in the morning too.

Clean room and friendly staff. Got complimentary water and York peppermint patties. Continental breakfast provided, highlight was make your own Mickey waffles. Hotel bus to Disney property did not go to Disney springs- only the parks with a few time slots. Upgraded TV, but the sound did not get very loud.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fairfield Inn Marriott on South Apopka/Vineland. The staff were helpful and friendly everyday. The location was very close to Disney, we relied heavily on the hotel shuttle for parks and Ubers/Lyfts. The hotel shuttle for parks were easily accessible, bear in mind if you want to be at parks for rope drop and until the end, the shuttle wasn't ideal for this for every park, however worked incredibly well for just us two adults who were very flexible. The room and beds were comfortable, we were given a room on the fifth floor and had a partial view of the Epcot fireworks. The amenities and breakfast were great and local shops just outside the hotel made it easy for grabbing snacks on the go. Thank you for a wonderful stay that we won't forget!

Breakfast was awesome. Parking was kind of crazy. A lot of trash left outside hotel. I had to park in way back of hotel & people sitting in cars smoking weed. The plaza hotel next to needs to be reported as looks like trash cans in front of stores was overflowing & rotted food left on side walks there.

Negaives: Parking is terrible at this location. There was no soap in the lobby women's bathroom. The tub in the room is very odd, hard to stand in.
