Wonderful Home and Hosts!
We had the best week at this beautiful villa, Roman and Sascha were excellent hosts and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and our kids really enjoyed the pool, it was a good sized pool with a low and deep end so they especially loved that part! The location was also great, not far at all from Disney! We are looking forward to booking this beautiful home again sometime!

Overall I was very pleased with our stay. I enjoyed how everything was laid out and how close the entertainments were to the house. We also enjoyed how peaceful the neighborhood was and how easy it was to access grocery stores. Even through we spent a majority of the time in the pool we wouldn’t of wanted to be anywhere else.

Convenient location for Disney
The location of this property was extremely convenient for our Disney vacation. Combined with the private pool, it provided an excellent opportunity to recharge after long hot mornings in the park before heading back out in the evening. Only thing to consider is if you have toddlers who like to explore stairs, there’s not a great way to block access to the staircase. We would definitely stay here again!

Disney 2021
Our reservation was easy to make and the owners were very responsive and replied quickly to questions. The house was as seen in the pictures. The pool was great for the kids!! We had 4 adults and 4 kids rainging in age from 10-17 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Plan to let the dryer run a little longer then expected to get your clothes fully dry. Otherwise everything was great!!

Great Family Home
This was our first time renting a house and we loved it. House was clean and perfect for kids and ours enjoyed the electronics, toys, books and screened in pool. Very "home away from home" feel to it. Beds were comfortable. Also came with a stroller, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full size side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and small cooler. Convenient location, close to Disney parks, restaurants, and stores plus 2 hours away from either a Gulf (Clearwater) or an Atlantic beach (Cocoa) for a nice day trip. We never got lost trying to find it either. Owners responded quickly to any questions we might have had. We definitely recommend but, honestly, I hate to post this good review because we hope there will be availability next year so we can rent again. Thank you Roman and Sascha for helping to make our family "escape from the winter" vacation so special.

Beautiful Villa
Had another great stay at this beautiful villa. It has all the necessities you need and very close to all the area attractions. Kids love the big pool. My hubby loves to grill. My family and I are looking forward to booking again. I highly recommend...you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!
We rented this house for a week, mainly to get away from being stuck at home and enjoy a little pool time. This property served that purpose great! The pool was great. The house had everything we needed (towels, plates, utensils, games for kids, etc.). Location was awesome - close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location

This property has EVERYTHING and is close to EVERYWHERE!
This property is very welcoming when you walk in. The dining room and kitchen was set up as if our first dinner was a dinner party. There was even a basket of snacks and water for us to share! You can tell that these owners care about their guests experience. There is nothing that we wanted for at this property! Our Family of 6 kids from 2-19 had everything including a high chair, toddler bed and even a potty chair if we needed. Thank you Sasha and Roman. Can’t wait to take the family back to your property for a longer stay.

Loved It!!!! This was our first Disney vacation..My husband and I, took our 4 Sugababies(grand children)..This was the best/perfect home....We really enjoy the wonderful pool when we could and all the amenities included with the house... I really appreciate everything and would stay again

Great Disney Vacation!
My family stayed here for our first Disney vacation and this home was everything we were looking for. The location was perfect -- there was very little traffic in the mornings so we were able to get to the parks with no trouble at all. My only regret is that we didn't plan a "rest day" so we could spend more time playing video games and swimming in the pool!

Gorgeous pool home in a quiet subdivision!
We enjoyed our stay an cannot wait to return. Roman and Sasha are such friendly lovely people! They accommodations were quite nice. It was spacious and roomy. The pool was sparkling clean. I would most definitely stay again!
