What we got for the price felt like a great deal. Close to the parks, which is why we were here. We didn’t spend any time around the resort, but the beds were comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen we could eat breakfast and a late night dinner in. Easy living I would definitely recommend this property for those heading to Orlando. The unit was spacious and had everything you needed. Parking was easy and close. Daily garbage pick-up. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. Our only issue was that we arrived very early for our check-in. We were told we potentially could check in at that time, however, the front desk person (who did not know the person who told us that) said it was not possible. The property was virtually vacant except for us....we were placed in a back building - we woke up every morning completely congested and feeling ill. We could physically see mold growth on the patio and can only assume that something else was going on inside the condo as well. We will NOT be staying here ever again. We found out the next morning it was due to the mold that was throughout the unit that we didn’t notice initially. We also found a few palmetto bugs in the unit. Advised the front desk immediately they notified security and the manager for housekeeping they took my report and asked if we wanted to relocate which was great. The manager also refunded me for one night due to the inconvenience. However the owner of the unit has yet to provide the refund that was already given back to them by the resort. The owner is not the easiest to speak too and as paralegal for a law firm this situation was not minor. The mold is a serious issue and I hope they rectify this issue before the next person reserves and I also hope that the owner provides better communication with their renters.
