This spacious home offers four large bedrooms: two with king-sized beds, and two with twin-over-full bunk beds.
The two king bedrooms boast artsy, modern decor, luxury mattresses, and generous storage, each with its own ensuite bathroom. These stylish and comfortable rooms will ensure you have a great place to relax after a long day at the theme parks.
Our two Disney-themed bedrooms will give your family their own taste of magic. Share some fun with Anna and Elsa in our Frozen-themed bedroom, complete with bunk beds and a large playhouse. The other bunk bedroom is for Avatars only, ushering you into the magical world of Pandora. Please note: guests use bunk beds at their own risk.
Got little ones? We offer a free Pack n’ Play, stair gate, high chair, and stroller to make your trip more convenient.

With three full bathrooms plus a half bath, morning prep will fly by, allowing more time to enjoy your day. Each king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with hotel-level decor, walk-in showers, and all the plush towels you’ll need. The full bathroom near the themed bedrooms has a shower and bathtub combo, great for young kids.

Our fully-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make cooking for large groups part of the fun. You have access to high-quality stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, cookware, and dishes to prepare meals as if you were at home. Brew yourself a cup of coffee using the Keurig to get your day started off right. Six guests can enjoy the dining table, with four additional seats at the island.
The comfortable lounge is bright and modern, with a large sofa, accent chair, and flat-screen TV so you can keep up with your shows and sports during your vacation. Let the Florida sunshine in through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors which lead onto the patio.

Enjoy nights out on the back patio, where you can grill something delicious on the BBQ while the kids splash around in your private pool. You will also have free access to the local community pool, open from 9–5 daily (no code required).

No Security Deposit!
In lieu of a security deposit, all our reservations are covered with accidental insurance so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Damage Waiver” when you check out. You do NOT need to purchase the VRBO damage waiver offered at check out.

Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Pool Heat / Propane
The cost of base level Pool Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s) is included in your reservation.
A baseline of setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM - 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.
If you need additional propane beyond the full tank + back up provided, that would be at your own cost.

Interaction with guests
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

There are plenty of Lyft drivers available and costs $15 to get to a theme park, $30 to Orlando International Airport

2. No parties. Occupancy must remain with those in booking group. Additional guests must be approved by host, and total number must remain within established maximum occupancy.
