The rooms weŕe dirty. No pillows no restrooms out by the pool only had 2 chairs to lay in by the poor. Was only aloud to have 4 towels and had 6 people in the room. The continental breakfast was a joke.

We stayed in one of the suites. Roaches in the room, horrible smell in the hallways and smelled weed the whole time we were there. The pool was filthy and the lights in the pool were out. Also one of the tops on the stove was broken. It was very hard to get fresh towels and shampoos because they stayed out of them at the front desk.

Abigale, we think her name is, at the front desk in the evening and early-morning. Extremely Plesant and Nice and Accommodating. This gal deserves to be moved to your 'better' buildings for sure, a true wonderful example of customer service. She was working in what I will call the Old Tower, B Tower I believe. That tower is is need of upgrade. HOWEVER the beds and bedding were just-about-new and excellent.

This hotel as not terrible but definitely not great. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms had bugs (dead & alive. There were bedbugs on our bed (I got bit several times on my legs and I saw one walking on the white sheets). The hotel is very very run down and I think with pest control and some deep cleaning, it would be better. The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel itself needs to be kept up a lot more.

The room was filthy and stunk. You could smell pot in the hallways and we felt very unsafe. We checked in and 10 minutes later checked out , requested our money back and rented a safe , clean hotel. On a positive note, the front desk personnel was very professional and accommodating.

I have to be honest. We were moving so we had a lot of things with us including perishable foods, clothing, etc. We had to move three times. First room had roaches and we didn't realize until we completely unpacked everything and put our food in the fridge and freezer. The second room the fold out bed which they knew we would be using was absolutely disgusting it had lollipop sticks and dirt and food all on it. Finally we get to the third room which had carpet a smaller TV a leaking sink. But at least this one didn't have any bugs that we could see and the fold-out bed was cleaner. They didn't have any sheets or blankets for the fold-up bed being that we had a child with us. I had to go back to the room before and grab the blankets off the bed so he could be able to have something to sleep with. The sink for the bathroom is very hard to use and very hard to shut off. On our fourth night there I saw one little roach. That's the only one I saw in this room. Make sure you can cook your own breakfast because you're only going to get muffins and coffee and if they have granola bars they'll put them out. After an 8-hour drive having to change rooms like that was so exhausting and overwhelming. and anyone moving knows you don't want to stay where there's roaches because you can bring them to your new home.

We tried to check in at 3:45 (check in time was 3) and the room wasn’t ready. We were told to come back in an hour. When we got back at almost 6 the room was ready. The entire hotel smelled when we walked in and the room smelled even worse. All of the drawers and cabinets were still open, there were nasty spots on the floor, stains on the towels, weird blue gunky stuff on the ceilings. The room was overall just in poor condition. The smell alone left me wanting to check out, but we were limited on time and needed a place to sleep. We ended up getting some air freshener and febreze anti microbial spray. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you can help it.

Poor customer service
The hotel wouldn’t check me in. I drove to one extended stay and they said I was looking for a different extended stay. So I went to the one they said and the front desk Personell said the computer system was down and they could accomodate me that night. Therefore. I had to sleep in my car for the night. Never staying or booking an extended stay hotel again
