The house was the perfect size for our family, but the house was not clean upon arrival and we had to purchase cleaning supplies. The furniture is very dirty and the rug in the livingroom was disgusting. The pool area was also very dirty, the gas grill was not usable as it was so dirty with greasy food all over the ground. I had to barricade the grill area to prevent my dog from eating the food off the ground. There were also several red ant areas on the pool deck.
