But I had an incident losing a personal item and have contacted the front desk and sent 2 emails and have yet to receive a call or email response back. The suites were spacious and clean. The pool, outdoor bar and food was great. As was the splash area for little ones. Breakfast was included with many choices and delivered omelette. The Happy Hour in the evening was also a nice touch. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful from the check in staff to the bartender to the cook at breakfast. Would recommend this property.

I booked this hotel because it had good video footage that presented property and had all amenities that we thought we would use. Unfortunately the Quality of amenities and room state of repairs did Not meet our expectations. I liked cook to order option, wanted to have different breakfast experience had great cooks, but expect delays. .
