If you plan on renting a home but to enjoy amazing resort amenities, this property is the one for you. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests (children included). It has 3 bedrooms as follows: One queen bedroom (master) with en-suite. Two bedrooms sharing a Disney theme bathroom. Bedroom 2 is Princess themed with 1 full & 1 twin bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 Queen bed. The property just got upgraded by the owners.You will love the open floor plan. The kitchen is open to the living room. You have a dining table and a living room with a nice view. The Master, 2 other bedrooms, & living room have TV’s. Regal Palms is a premium vacation resort that offers so much: Gated subdivision, 24/7 front desk for check-in, 24/7 onsite security, Two-acre swimming complex featuring a lazy river and water slide, Jacuzzi, Clubhouse with gym, games room, business center and Internet Café, restaurant and sports bar. In addition the resort offers 24-hour check-in and security services. The Concierge Service can assist you with car rentals, dinner reservations, tickets to attractions and sightseeing tours, shopping information, and more.

Regal Palms charges $22.40/day (+tax) per house for guests to have access to the above amenities. The Resort Fee is excluded from the rental rates quoted and paid at booking and is payable on arrival at the Resort. Guests won't be given access to the subdivision and to the house if they don't pay the daily resort fee upon arrival.

Good - Needs Improvement

The complex was very nice.The unit needs some attention and repairs. (Towel bar missing in main level bath.Facing on the stairway is missing and should be replaced.)Inadequate supplies - i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, simple condiments like salt & pepper. The proximity to Disney World was misleading. Much further away and the commute times were almost double. The instructions for check in need to be more specific. Had to go to front desk, but that location was not given. The security people had to tell us where to go, and several times, the security people were not in the booth and cars were lined up to go in and blocking traffic, because new clients didn't know what to do or where to register. The pool area was very nice and enjoyable.

The pool area of the resort was great! The staff at Regal Palms were very helpful and welcoming. The townhome itself was cute with the Disney decoration and was clean but the condition overall was rough. The couches were so badly broken we really could not use them. The beds and pillows were pretty bad too. The flooring was coming up and the unit overall needs some attention. We were also surprised at the lack of products (garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, enough towels, etc). We appreciated the cleanliness but expected a few more amenities.

Nice place but uncomfortable beds

Bathroom window missing a cover, window in one of the bathroom missing a blind. Beds are not comfortable at all, noise if you move around.

Very unpleasant experience from the loud washer and dryer and dryer wasn’t really working, couch was falling apart, the thermostat automatically stayed on 78, woke up sweating constantly, hidden fees, states not to see front desk but you have to go front desk just to get the worst bands, there were those little lizards running around the place, definitely considering deleting Vrbo. Horrible experience and I a have stayed in other vrbo’s. The owner and vrbo should be ashamed

It was cute I guess

It was cute. Could have been cuter. Beware there are MANY hidden fees that you will not know about until you get there. For example, paying per day PER guest to get a wristband for “amenities,” but you need the wristband to enter the gates. The floors also weren’t the cleanest.
