Bass lakes estate villa
Lovely villa, easy to get around without a car. The rental company are very quick to return to you with any problems, the pool was not heated but i messaged them & it was sorted within an hour. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Craig we all really enjoyed our holiday.

Communication was good, they accommodated us last minute as our trip was a last minute decision, the pool was luke warm but not heated, enough towels and toiletries to start us off, no sponge in the kitchen but there is a walmart nearby so no biggy, the house had everything we needed but some things need to updated: the pots and pans are horrible, I mean so bad I had to buy my own cookware to cook for my family; shower liners were old and need to be replaced, and that poor sofa has seen better days and needs to retire. Outdoor area is perfect and it's sunny for hours! So perfect to get in some fun in the sun! The door alarm is annoying but very helpful when you have small kids. The beds are great!! Well at least the master bed was comfy! Hubby slept like a baby lol Overall we had a really good time, enough space for everyone to be together when needed and separate when needed lol we will definitely come again (Hopefully they fix the items that need attention)

The Good: Very clean, accurate description, nice pool, great for dogs, excellent mattresses and bedding, easy access to hwy 192 and all the attractions, very close to huge Walmart, good kitchen (well equipped) The Rest: We experienced a leaking fridge, non-working clothes washer, broken recliner, and the pool heater was not turned on until we reminded management. Neighbor on one side had loud music but it was over by 10 PM. Management came out right away to look at the fridge but was not able to fix the washer, new one ordered. Overall an OK stay

Harry potter room was awesome. The whole family was fighting for a bed. Pool was great to us. Spent a whole day with kids enjoying the pool area. We got competitive with the fooseball and basketball.

Great house!
We all had a great time. The house was very clean and roomy; the girls loved the pool. There is a game room, but there were no balls to play or playing pieces to play the games. Other than that it was great! I would stay there again!

The stay at the property was nice, however it can use some upgrades .The shower is not equipped for seniors. The ice maker needs a new filter it leaks. The oven needed cleaning it smoked the whole house up. All and all the stay was nice.

Great family house!
We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The pool was amazing for our kids ages 4-11. We all thoroughly enjoyed the garage games room as well! Very close to stores such as Walmart for shopping trips. Quiet street. Fantastic time!

Quiet neighborhood near shopping centers. The interior house is not bad. There was some spider webs and it could of been a bit cleaner( underneath the sofa there was a lot of dirt and junk from other people, kitchen, the one bathroom)If you are one who needs good wifi to do your work or zoom calls, then wifi at this place is not for you. We struggled a lot with this wifi.

When booking the property I thought it would be more of a home near more vacation homes. The home is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, which made it a little more noisy but it was fun. The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed it every day after our trips to the parks. The house is very clean and spacious. We didn’t use the game room very much since it was a little dated. The bed was so comfortable…. The property was class to shopping and food but a little to far to drive to the parks (Orlando traffic is horrible and a 20 minute drive is like a 45 minute drive). Great space and very clean.

We stayed here for a short commute to Disney! We loved the property, very spacious and everything we needed. There were a few little ants in kids room (it’s Florida to be expected) but sprayed first day and were gone the rest of our stay. Only gave less star rating on neighborhood because neighbor behind the property played very loud music last 4 days of our stay, could have also been a rental though. Overall the cleanliness & location were perfect!

We brought our 2 small dogs (Yorkie) with us, the house and yard were perfect for this.
The house was close enough in proximity to all attractions and places to eat. But more importantly for us, the main floor was all tiled and pool screened in and yard fenced, so I was able to relax that nothing would be an issue with our 2 pups. House was clean and master bed was very comfortable so we also slept well. Would stay again and certainly good size to bring additional family.

Excellent communication with George. The house was perfect for our needs. It had a fenced in backyard for our Great Danes, enough room for everyone to have their own space, a nice sized pool, almost all of the needs for a kitchen (need to bring mixing bowls and drinking glasses) and it comes with basic supplies. Nice neighborhood and close to any store you could need. The extra security for the pool area was great and having keyless entry was perfect. Thank you George for your patience and help with our booking. We will book again when we come back to Florida.

Loved the home, it was very comfortable and welcoming.
We loved the house, pool was great, our little dog felt very happy and relaxed. Bedrooms were great size. Love the location of the house very convenient to get to the local Walmart, stores, restaurants and especially love that it was easy to get to the Diane and Universal. The house was perfect for us. Great location to attractions and Walmart. Make sure you have toll change for toll roads. We did kill numerous roaches at night time in kitchen area but it is Florida so we expected to see some. We will definitely be back!!

Very spacious, clean, updated and a good location.
It was just right for us. It is in a really good location very near a 24 hour Walmart. The house and to pool were clean. Every thing worked. The furniture was comfortable. The only problems we saw which were minor to us were a few rips in the screen, the back yard is small and gets somewhat muddy but was perfect size for our dog to “go”) and the recliner portion of the couch was bent some so had to be let down by hand. Overall great experience and property manager easily accessible and super friendly/helpful.

The property was amazing. Location and overall the house and yard were perfect. Disappointed in the rationing of toilet paper paper towels and dishwasher detergent and no dish soap or dish rags. Dishwasher quit working after two days and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. Yard was muddy and wet so it made keeping the pool deck difficult to keep clean.

Nice house, nice pool seem like there a lot of rentals in the area Walmart is right down the street. No barbecue grill, so if you are trying to grill make sure you get your own.

Okay for the Price you pay
The location of the house was a plus, it’s near just about everywhere you would want to go- both Theme Parks, food/restaurants, grocery stores, and other activities. The only downside was the cleanliness of the home-cobwebs on the lamps along with a thick lining of lint, and roaches crawling everywhere in the kitchen/den area despite keeping it clean as possible, no dirty plates left out, and food stored in refrigerator. And I can understand that maybe it’s “normal” for roaches in Florida but my sister accidentally knocked the garbage can over and a swarm of roaches of all sizes came running out from underneath it. Other than that it was a great size house and the management person was sweet fun guy. The check in and check out was an easy process. Next time we’d probably stay at a resort, but this isn’t a bad Place to stay you’d just have to deal with the roaches is all. Oh and it does have a fence in backyard but it’s pretty small, we had a large Golden retriever and he just went out to do his business and came back inside.

Thank you for your review. Our situation is, if we don't get a call about a problem at the home while you are there, we don't have a chance to fix the problem. It's now 2 weeks after the fact. We have contacted our pest control company and they are going out today, Oct 22, to treat the house for pests. That should resolve the problem.

Great house!
House was in a great location. Walmart a couple blocks away and so many excellent food choices. The house was very clean and welcoming. The pool was amazing on those hot Florida days. We brought our dog so the fenced backyard was a blessing. We were traveling during hurricane Dorian, so our plans needed to be flexible. George from the rental company was tentative and answered all questions in a timely manner. Not one issue or problem. Will definitely be back!

It was okay. There was trash from the previous stay still there when we got there and it had the garage stinking so bad where it was closed up. The office was sure to handle it. It could of been cleaned a little better but it was a nice home. We wasn’t crazy about the area feeling safe but nice house and we had a good vacation

Really loved the place. The whole house was perfect and rental company very responsive. Only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is the ants. The ants were everywhere the first day but it’s Florida and common. I told the rental company and they sent someone out the next day to take care of the issue. I would still recommend this rental, just keep all food off the counters.

We had a great time visiting Universal. Always nice to have a home away from home!
Owners/management company were very easy to deal with. The house was fairly basic with not a lot of frills, but it had all of the basics that we needed, and we were able to take our family dogs with us. The pool was heated as expected and the kids enjoyed it.

Spacious in a great location
We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 dogs. The size was large enough to spread out in. The backyard allowed them room to play and keep them out of pool area. The house was clean and well maintained and had a great open floor plan. Property manager responsive and friendly. Only dislike was having a pool repair guy stop by with no notice.
