The front desk employees were cheerful and very helpful when we had questions about the possibility of getting packages delivered to the building (hint: you absolutely can!) Views from the condo were definitely a highlight - pool and lake on one side, Disney fireworks on the other. There is a jet ski rental just a couple of blocks away (min age 16 and drivers license to operate). The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was ok but not great - floors were dirty in corners, fixtures were really dusty, both bathroom sinks and master tub were clogged. The resort was quiet, pool was very nice, and the strawberry mojito from the cabana was worth the $14 price. All-in-all, a nice place with great access to all things Orlando. ##### Heather P.
