Cozy Stylish Townhome

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, double suite Town home, located on Regal Palms Resort in Davenport Florida. This home is perfect for everyone regardless of age. On the first floor you will find a queen bedroom suite, with its own bathroom and its own entrance. On the second floor there is a king bedroom suite with its own bathroom. Just down the hall from the king suite, you will find two bedrooms with two twin beds and an additional bathroom. This house offers access to Regal Palms Resort amenities such as lazy river, hot tub, pool, tiki bar, onsite restaurant, indoor arcade and play area. This is an ideal central Florida destination, located near Disney world and other major theme parks and attractions. Excellent dinning and shopping options are available nearby for your convenience. Don't just take our word for it, come see for yourself. Please note that resort will charge a resort fee of $20 per night at check in, this cover the use of their amenities( pools, hot tub, arcade....), as well as 24 hour security.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Jolene is amazing (front desk/check-in). Water was not hot - service person read the temp and it was 105, but the normal setting is 120. So we struggled to have hot showers/bath. Twin bed matresses have coils and not greatest for an older child (tween) to sleep on. But all in all it was very nice and the host/resort personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Negatives were tolerable, thus the 5 star review.
