The hallways carpet was stained and dirty. It needed to be vacuum daily and you could tell that wasn’t happening. It’s an old hotel. The pools were dirty and the towels were too small. The front desk staff were not friendly. The ladies st Starbucks were great. The area was convenient with restaurants and outlet close by.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it’s set between Disney World and Universal Orlando; making the trip easy to visit both parks. The balcony of view room that we had though felt a little outdated and the door, leaving to the balcony was often jammed with the chairs outside being in pretty portal. Additionally, the room was a little bland for what was spent and staying there. Overall, our stay was a good stay, and it was nice to return to this hotel after long days at theme parks.
