Inside, the townhome offers cozy living areas designed for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and comfortably furnished bedrooms that ensure a restful stay. Whether your visit is short or extended, this home provides a welcoming and convenient base for exploring Central Florida.

Guests have access to Coral Cay Resort amenities including the community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, and recreational areas, ideal for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For outdoor dining, a BBQ grill is available for $40 per stay, making it easy to enjoy meals with family and friends.

Parking is strictly enforced and allowed only on the concrete driveway on the left side of the home. After 9:00 PM, no part of a vehicle may hang over the sidewalk, and street or sidewalk parking is not permitted. Violations may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

House rules include no parties, no smoking, no pets, and no extra guests beyond the reservation unless approved in advance. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours and treat the home and community amenities with care.
