POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability. • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability. Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. COMMUNITY STAY POLICY Windsor Island Resort enforces a maximum stay of 120 days per guest within a calendar year. Even if a guest has multiple reservations in the community, the total combined stay may not exceed this limit. GATE REQUIREMENTS To enter the community, all guests and drivers must be registered in advance with correct first and last names and accurate check-in and check-out dates. This requirement applies to everyone without exception, including drivers, guests who are not driving, and guests arriving by Uber or Lyft. Any guest or driver not properly registered will be denied access at the gate, even if they are not operating a vehicle. The gatehouse may request a valid photo ID from all guests aged 18 and over, or a valid driver’s license from anyone driving within the community. All guests must first check in at the main gate on Sand Mine Road, where access information will be verified and the parking pass will be issued. Once the parking pass is received, guests may use the back gate on Highway 27 for entry and exit during their stay. Guests arriving without a parking pass will be redirected to the main gate. If you plan to arrive by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), please note that all adult guests in the vehicle must be listed in the reservation. Rideshare drivers do not have access to the community unless the registered guests they are dropping off are properly listed. Please note that rideshare vehicles are also subject to the home’s maximum vehicle limit, which includes personal cars, visitors, rideshare vehicles, and golf carts. If the vehicle limit has already been reached, Uber/Lyft access will be denied. PARKING Vehicle Limits – Strictly Enforced: Each home at Windsor Island Resort has a maximum number of vehicles allowed: Townhomes: A maximum of 3 vehicles per home are allowed to enter and park in the designated townhome parking areas. Single-Family Homes (5–7 bedrooms): A maximum of 4 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. Single-Family Homes (8–10 bedrooms): A maximum of 5 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. Once this limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed into the community, including visitors. The resort does not make exceptions. If you plan to receive visitors, please ensure the vehicle limit has not already been reached. Any vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry at the gate. Garage and Driveway: Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway. All vehicles must be fully within the driveway. If a vehicle extends into the street or sidewalk—even by one inch—it will be towed. Note: some garages may be converted into game rooms. Unauthorized Parking: No parking on grass, irrigation areas, or sidewalks. No street parking on Kaipo Rd, or on designated areas of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr (check posted signs). Street parking is only allowed on designated sides of the street, as indicated by signs. Basketball Court/Clubhouse: Parking is allowed in front of the basketball court, but never inside the clubhouse area. Towing: Vehicles in violation are subject to towing without warning, especially between 8PM and 7AM. All towing costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. We stayed for 2 weeks and settled in very quickly. The street was well manicured and very quiet which was great. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this home if we went back to the same area. The host was quick and efficient with communication and was very helpful. Our kids loved the pool, the game room, and the themed bedrooms. Disney was about a 30 min trip (due to traffic) but was easy to get to and from. The TV outside by the pool is a great added feature that we loved. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The only con for us was the master bed on the one side felt like you were sleeping on a hill with a peak in the middle. We loved not having neighbors behind us. ##### Dan M. We were very happy with the house overall. It was very clean upon arrival and looked just like the online pictures. Certain things are starting to show some wear, but it was nothing that would prevent me from booking again. The pool was lovely and we liked having our own space when we didn’t feel like playing the chair game down at the big pool. House was exactly as shown and no issues beyond maybe slightly less comfy beds compared to hotel we stayed at prior (but that’s probably understandable!) Very secure feel to area. All utensils etc could ask for. Nice to have use of bbq also. Good location for access to Disney (about 30mins). Enjoyed the shared pool area too, which was large and loads of space (couldn’t bring own drinks even water which was bit odd, but rules is rules i guess). One of slides was shut but no issue for us. West facing home so got sun in arvo. Would happily recommend and go back!!. ##### R S. The house was immaculately clean and the furniture like new. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature The back of the house faced west so we got sun in the evenings and cooked on the grill (which they filled with gas for a small charge) We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters so had lots of room. Comms with the agent through the app was polite and really helpful and quick to respond. The communal pool a few mins drive or 10 min walk was good but got quite crowded, the lifeguards were a bit over zealous but it was really clean and fun Good location for all the usual Florida spots Great base to do Disney parks from and a good place to chill after The clubhouse could do with a restaurant and bar really as you had to Uber to get anywhere for food and drinks ##### Gareth R. Beautiful home with everything you could ask for. Even BBQ utensils and a blender. Spacious and clean. One of our favorite aspects of the home was that the games rooms which our 4 kids enjoyed was actually upstairs and not in the garage at the front of the home. This gave us great comfort knowing the kids where safe while we were on the back deck. The pool and outside area was wonderful! Nice privacy fence and backed in a quite street. Very private. We found the pool chilly when we first arrived, I contacted management as we had paid for pool heat for our 9 day stay, they sent a technician to the home within an hour and confirmed the heat was not working. They fixed the problem and within an hour of him leaving, I received an email, they had credited us back the cost of 3 days of pool heat, which I thought was wonderful and appreciated. I have stayed in other communities where management has not been as responseive or understanding. The main community club had everything for a great day and tropical feel. Kids loved the free arcade games and water slides, we, the parents loved the lazy river. And being able to grab drinks and food poolside was great. We had an amazing stay and I highly recommended this home and gated community! We will be back! ##### Jasmine B. They also loved the resort swimming pool with a lazt river and water slides. Really enjoyable, just a shame it was only a week The communications with the owner were great and timely. And the carpets were filthy think they were originally cream but now looked like a light brown the villa is obviously well used. We stayed a night and left the next day. I told them about the problems with it being unclean and the dust was affecting my husbands breathing so they sent a new hoover round.
