The property was exactly as described on the listing. We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the community waterpark, mini golf and game room was a big hit with the kids. The communication with the property manager was excellent!A note for future guests would be to bring general kitchen cooking spices, etc. if you plan to prepare meals. The kitchen is full stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc. but you will need to provide all food, condiments, etc. The location was perfect for us. 15-20 minute easy drive to all Disney parks and 5 minutes to grocery stores. If you are on the fence whether to book this property don’t be…you will not be disappointed.

We stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the upstairs game area. The pool/hot tub was one of the best we have had. Owner was very good at replying to all communication. Second time we have stayed at this resort. This time was the best experience we had.

It’s a beautiful home! I loved the location. With having teenagers, it was nice to have a Starbucks and Publix nearby for a quick run. The house was very clean.The only complaint I have out of the whole trip is the hot tub was not getting hot like a hot tub is suppose to be. Thank you for your kindness throughout our stay.

This was overall an amazing place to stay. With the Florida weather dropping, I contacted the owner about the heating of the pool and he adjusted the temperature with no questions asked. Loved every bit of this house and everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again!

#### Amazing stay 

This property is even better than the photos. The rooms are all great sizes, everything was very clean and the house had everything you need for your stay. We had a total of 9 people ranging from ages 8 to 17 and 3 adults. We had so much extra space. The owner is also very responsive if you need anything additional. The location is very close to Disney and ESPN. There is a heavy presence of security to get into the neighborhood which was nice so that the resort pool is not overwhelmed with people who aren’t staying there. The private pool was the best part - it was clean, warm and so much fun for both kids and adults. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next year when we return. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway, whether it be to simply enjoy the house and private pool or for Disney.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The large outdoor entertaining area was perfect for gatherings and relaxation. We loved spending time in our private pool, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location was ideal—situated on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the fantastic Windsor Island clubhouse. The kids had a blast with the water slides and the FREE arcade, we also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks available by the poolside. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend!

#### Just like the pictures !!! 

My family of 10 had a great stay at this home. The decor and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The bedding and towels you could tell were professionally cleaned. The house was very spacious. The neighborhood is busy but quiet at night. Lots of traffic in the area but close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Check in process was very smooth.Abishan was a wonderful host and did an excellent job with communication. Pool area was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. Also great that trash is picked up daily. I gave a 4 for the cleanliness of the property because the floors could have used some cleaning but that was a minor thing. Overall a great stay and I would stay at this house again !!!!!

Shared this property with 2 other families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked out perfectly. Living room upstairs was a great hang out for the kids. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone. Only things to be aware of is that you are not provided much when it comes to kitchen and bath items and pool/hot tub do not fully heat when outside temp is cold. Other than that, great house.

#### Great House/Neighborhood/Resort

The communication with this property owner was amazing before and during our stay. This is my second time staying on the resort and I experienced a different level of hospitality and communication with this owner versus the company owned property. This is a very nice home and was a home away from home for me and my family. We purchased Sea World tickets but between the private pool at the house and water park located on the resort our kids did not want to leave the home and go to SeaWorld.

We had a great time, plenty of room and the host was quick to respond. The neighbors in one of the next door houses were very noisy and loud very late one night. Previous renters had broken the pool sticks, so we couldn't play pool. the kitchen needed towels dishcloths and hot pads. Overall a great place to stay!!

#### Wonderful vacation home!

Overall, we would stay at this lovely home again! Perfect for a muti-generational Florida vacation! Close to everything, we drove with ease to the Disney Parks and to Kennedy Space Center! Excellent communication from host and quick response every time we reached out! We did have some issues with the pool temperature being too hot, but it encouraged us to use the amazing pool amenities of the resort! There is a huge pool, a big kiddie pool and waterslide, and a relaxing lazy river! The staff at the poolside bar was exceptional and we enjoyed fruity concoctions and tasty meals poolside! Our littlest traveler was provided with a full size crib in the home and we loved that most bedrooms had their own bathroom and showers! There is a fun game room on the second floor. You will love staying here!

The villa was amazing, had everything we needed for all our guests. Clean and spacious. Good communication with owners. The resort was great too. Only had few issues, the pool heat wasn't right but was resolved by owners within a few days. The patio door wasn't locking, causing alarm to go off. which got replaced eventually. Could do with more linen and maybe more drawer space for clothes. Also neighbours very noisy at weekends outside until 2am. Overall we did have a lovely time and would stay again. This was a lovely home to stay in. We did have a few issues within the first couple hours of our stay. There is limited dresser space for clothes and didn’t seem to have enough hangers but they did bring some to us a few days later. The pool and spa wasn’t working for the first few days but the property manager was quick to have someone fix the issue. The back door lock wasn’t working. Like I said small issues that got fixed within a timely manner.The home has lots of dishes and everything you could possibly need to eat and prepare meals . The small issues we had were fixed and did give us a late checkout for our issues. I would definitely stay in this home again.

#### Perfect Family Getaway: Beautiful Home, Great Location, and Top-Notch Amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Davenport, Florida! From the start, the owner was excellent at communicating with us, ensuring we had all the information we needed before our trip. The house is located in a lovely gated community, which added an extra sense of security. The clubhouse was a huge highlight for our family, featuring a stunning pool, lazy river, slides, sand volleyball, basketball court, mini golf, and even relaxing cabanas. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, with plenty of bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had all the appliances, pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The televisions were well-sized, and the pool area was perfect, complete with a hot tub for relaxation. We also loved the convenience of having a Starbucks, Publix, and CVS within a half-mile of the house. Now, that's convenient! Everything in the home worked exactly as described, and we didn’t need to contact the owner for anything during our stay. Instructions for check-out were clear and easy to follow, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a safe, enjoyable, and memorable family weekend in Florida. A big thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful experience!
