The location cannot be beat for what our goals were: near great food and beer and centrally located to our activities. The house itself is super charming and also has a wonderful outdoor area. The two best things about the property were the FANTASTIC location and the fact that it is pet friendly. This property is immaculate...not only fully furnished but seriously like you are living in your own home with every kitchen appliance and amenities known to mankind. Our two dogs loved the big backyard after living in a Chicago apartment for the last few years. It was nice to be in a neighborhood that was both quiet but also close to a ton of great restaurants and things to do at East End Market and Baldwin Park. It has a nice sized, fenced in backyard for the dogs to play and chase lizards, as well as outside patio furniture and a screened in back porch for when the mosquitos get too bad. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a yoga studio, and a really short drive to the best dog park I have ever been to. The owners are very attentive and have provided all the basic necessities of home. The antique furniture pieces are charming and the beds are really comfortable.
