This spacious home was perfect for our spontaneous escape. This open lower level allowed us to spend time together while still finding space to be alone if needed. The pool was perfect, for our small family and the temperature was a comfortable 88 degrees. The management company was easy to work with and their response time to any requests were incredibly fast. Poorly managed community. The home was perfect for our young family. Check-in and all details of the property were on point. But the Champions Gate community management is sloppy — two hours to get through security gate, notices in the door promising paving work and cars being towed at owners’ expense meant we had to park blocks away ... and paving never happened. Pool was small but adequate. Only problem was noisy neighbors on all sides, and they were REALLY noisy! They played loud music all day, every day and set off fireworks every single night we were there (it was New Year’s weekend & we were there for 5 nights). Since the houses were so close together, we had no choice but to listen to all their music & loud yelling in their backyard pools. There was no privacy at all from their noise, which was irritating as I had wanted private, quiet, relaxation time reading and floating in the pool while the rest of my family enjoyed the nearby golf courses. ##### Jeff T.
