BUT the owner needs to 'trash' SUPERHOG which is a 3rd party firm that 'validates' renters. They want copies of your passport (crazy) and your driver's license. The owner is from China and the vendor is from someplace in Europe. I absolutely refused to share that information. They already had my credit card.
