The fully equipped open-style kitchen flows seamlessly into a welcoming living room, creating the ideal setting for memorable family moments. Step through sliding glass doors to your private poolside retreat, where complimentary pool heating ensures year-round enjoyment. Situated at the end of the townhomes, this property offers enhanced privacy and convenience, making it a standout choice for your stay. This townhome is the ultimate choice for families seeking a peaceful haven with unbeatable proximity to the Disney parks, making your vacation truly unforgettable. Early check-in or late checkout may be available at an extra charge if the property schedule permits it. If you need to, please request Pack & Play or High Chair one day before your arrival. BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation. For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay. \-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security: 1\. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information. 2\. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID. 3\. Electronic Signatures Verification. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date. If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.
