HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Le Reve houses is conducted weekly on Wednesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals. COMMUNITY AMENITIES • The community amenities include Clubhouse TV Room, Community Pool, Community/Clubhouse Wi-Fi, and Fitness Center. • The community amenities are open from 9 am to 5 pm every day. • There is no code or card requested to access the amenities. We were in town for college softball and it was close to where the team was staying. The garage is not accessible so there is only parking for one car due to restrictions in the community, which was a challenge for us. It was close to Give the kids the World resort, my grandson had a make a wish vacation. The most comfy pillows on the bed…let me know the brand please ☺️. Did want to let ya know the toilet paper holders in all the bathrooms kept falling off the wall so you may want to fix them. This condo was beautiful, very clean and smelled amazing when we arrived!! It is next to Walmart and you could hear the back up beepers of the trucks being unloaded late at night and first thing in the morning but we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. ##### Lori N. Extremely loud noise from 0430 in the morning until late 1000 - 1100 o’clock at night. The condo has sparse kitchen accommodations no serving bowls. The entire Condo needs a good cleaning. One couch in living area that’s old and saggy. That’s the only furniture in the living area. TV in living area would not hook up to the supposed cable service. Gas grill was unusable until Thursday night the late we left on Saturday. You have to pay for middle pool heat the pool in the condo area is not heated not worth the money!!!!! ##### Robert B.
