CONDO UNIT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR 3 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms; • 1 room with 1 king (suite); • 1 room with 1 king; • 1 room with 2 full; • 1 social bathroom. HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. Reunion Resort is one of the best-located Resorts in the Orlando area, only 6 miles away from Walt Disney World, and close Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Gatorland, and I-Drive. We did have an extra day and wanted to swim which the web site did say there was a community pool. Since the only signs indicate there is a water park we assumed this was it. After an hour of chasing false leads we found we did not have access to this. I called customer service ro find out there are 7 pools we had access and gave me addresses. Most of this could have been eliminated if the owner would have had a notebook, a card or even an email explaining what was available and where. And what the Grey cards were for. Most places I have stayed supplied dishwasher soap for the length of the stay. This place only gives 1\. Your on your own for any additional. Same with trash bags. It would have been nice to have coffee also as we did not get in until after 10\. We also had 2 cockoaches which was reported. I gave a 4 only because it was a nice apartment. The good…. What you see in the photos is pretty much what you see in the unit. Great layout!! Two balconies overlooking the golf course made for great morning coffee time. Great location… 15 minutes from Disney!! Great master suite and two additional large bedrooms. The not so good…It could have been a bit cleaner. It certainly did not feel overly clean. We found water bottle tops under the nightstand and someone’s tee on the night table. There were ample towels and pillows but NO extra blankets. One of the reasons I chose this unit was the furniture looked solid… which it was for the most part other than one a couple breakfast bars stools were tattered and the coffee table was a little unstable.
