### Belle Villa with a gorgeous lake view

This four bedroom family villa on the US27 Westridge community in Davenport is the perfect place to choose if recharging your batteries is at the top of your priorities. A large, south-west facing pool deck overlooking a natural lake means that you will spend many evenings outside enjoying the surroundings here. Disney theme parks are a 25 minute drive away.  
  
Living Accommodation - The open-plan living accommodation starts with a formal dining table at the front of the villa. A well-equipped kitchen with additional dining space is at the centre of the villa and the main family lounge with a large flatscreen TV is at the rear of the villa with doors leading to the inviting, extended pool deck.  
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom sits to one side of the villa and has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, doors leading to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed whilst the third and fourth bedrooms have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit any holiday maker and have Twin beds. For extra comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has its own TV and ceiling fan.  
Outdoor Living - The large south-west facing pool deck benefits greatly from a covered dining area and a beautiful natural lake view to the rear.  
Entertainment - The games room in the garage has a table football game, table tennis and air hockey

#### Lovely Villa with a lake view

We had a relaxing holiday, the villa has a lovely big swimming pool with lovely outlook. The villa is very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. We had a minor issue with a TV which was dealt with straight away. We would definitely stay here again!
