Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home features no rear neighbors, a southeast-facing screened pool and spa, a private game room, an upstairs loft, and access to Solterra Resort's lazy river, waterslides, resort pool, and other family-friendly amenities.

One of the home's biggest advantages is its private backyard setting. With no rear neighbors, your family can enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere while swimming, relaxing beneath the screened lanai, or spending time together outdoors.

The private southeast-facing screened pool provides your own place to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the vacation. Start the morning with coffee beside the pool, return home for an afternoon swim between theme park adventures, or spend a relaxing day enjoying your own outdoor space.

The spacious screened lanai and outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable place for adults to relax while the kids swim or for the entire family to gather after another exciting Orlando day.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

RESORT ACCESS FEE

Solterra Resort charges a resort amenity fee of $35 for reservations with up to 12 guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly to the clubhouse upon arrival using a credit or debit card.
