    TV in the living room, bedroom 2 and bedroom 4 only

    Please note, pool/spa heating is not available for a portion of a reservation, only for the entire stay ($50 per night)

    HOT TUB WILL NOT BE HOT IF POOL HEATING IS NOT ADDED

    Grill rental available for rental fee of $35 (we do NOT provide propane), must notify and pay at least one day before check-in

    There is an extra charge for the clubhouse .
    There is an extra fee of $35 or $45 for the entire stay, depending on the guests group size for the amenities fee.
