This spacious and fully air conditioned 4 bedroom house is nestled within its own private and well established gardens within the Orange Tree subdivision in Clermont. The beautifully designed pool and spa deck area is south west facing and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring what Orlando has to offer. The beautifully decorated house offers 1 x King master suite, 2 x Queens and 1 x Twin room. The main living area is very spacious, open plan, light and airy - and comprises of 2 x sitting areas with sofas, a dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, and also a breakfast nook - giving lots of opportunities for you to spend time and make memories together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you need for your stay including pots/ pans, utensils, all cutlery, crockery and glassware. It also benefits from a full size fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is the laundry room which contains a large washing machine and seperate drier. The main lounge area is very comfortable, and has a large Smart TV with Spectrum TV installed, and direct access to the pool deck. The Master bedroom suite which also boasts direct access to the pool deck is a great size and contains a King Size bed and a good sized walk in closet. This room also has Spectrum TV. The Master suite also enjoys a fantastic en-suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks, a large tub, walk in shower and seperate wc. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms in this property, two of which have Full/ Queen sized beds, and also benefit from Smart TV's. The fourth bedroom is a Twin room with two beds. There are also 2 x further family bathrooms in the property. Once which has a walk in shower and leads directly onto the pool deck, and the other benefits from a bath/ shower combination. The garage has been converted into a games room, and in here guests can enjoy pool, air hockey, and darts. The outside area is truly lovely. The pool and oversized spa are set out on a fantastic pool deck which has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of space to enjoy the sun, and also a very welcome lanai for enjoying meals and some time in the shade. The pool area is set within the private garden belonging to the property, which affords a great degree of privacy for you to enjoy your stay. Guests have access to the full house/ property This house is in the lovely subdivision of Orange Tree in Clermont, just off the 27 and conveniently located for getting to Disney and other attractions. The community is very well maintained, and peaceful. Pool heat can be added to your booking at a cost of $35 per day. Please be aware that the BBQ is listed as an amenity, but is locked, and available for hire at an additional cost. Die Küche war voll und gut ausgestattet. Das HUs war in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Der Pool war sehr dreckig als wir kamen mit vielen totel Ameisen und Mücken. Nach einer Nachricht an den Verwalter wurde uns eine Reinigung des Pools schnellstmöglich zugesagt, dies dauerte (möglicherweise auch wg. Wochenende und Feiertag) drei Tage, an denen bereits die Poolheizung (ist separat zu buchen, steht aber nicht direkt im Inserat) bezahlt war und wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Das gesamte Pooldeck war eher alt und dreckig, dies wurde auch nicht mit dem Pool gereinigt sondern war während der gesamten Zeit so. Im Haus roch es recht muffig und in machen Ecken war es noch dreckig und staubig. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ##### Sebastian R.
