In terms of location, it doesn't get much better than this! With so many upgrades on show this excellent home offers tremendous value for the money with great resort style amenities in a secure gated community. Serviced by two elevators, this charming second floor unit comes extremely well equipped. Boasting 1,246 square feet of living space Disney Retreat manages to retain a cozy feel with carefully chosen, quality furnishings throughout, while still providing all the space that a family on vacation will love. The thought that the owners put into creating a relaxing vibe runs throughout this home too. As with our other homes, we do restrict occupancy to 6 people here to preserve the integrity of the home, a decision what has served us very well judging by the comments hundreds of delighted guests over the years. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated with high end bedding and furniture, and a third bedroom specially themed as a Mickey Mouse room for children. The Queen and twin bedrooms share the second full bathroom. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home. Disney Retreat also boasts a compact kitchen, a spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 65" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing in a Easterly direction, you can enjoy the sun each morning, perhaps enjoying a nice breakfast as you plan your next adventure!. Disney Retreat has been an incredibly popular condo and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax, in surroundings that have a real touch of luxury. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this second floor unit has that covered too as the building is serviced by 2 elevators. Windsor Hills Resort Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation. Our condo was close to the pool, and pickleball courts which we used daily. Grandkids especially loved the pool and water slides. Beautiful area in the resort for my daily walk. Full kitchen, coffeemaker, comfy beds and a washer and dryer. For the price, it had everything we needed and the resort pool area and arcade was perfect for our “off day”. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The check in process was very easy. The pool facilities were excellent and the kids loved them. We had been to Windsor Hills Resort a couple of years ago and decided to return due to the proximity of the resort to Disney attractions and other places we wanted to explore. The pool and pool area at Windsor Hills Resort is an awesome place to hang out at. We spent many hours with our granddaughters at the pool. The rental unit we stayed in was exactly what was portrayed online and was perfect for the number of people in our party. ##### Dave K. Driving into town late, we checked in at the guard gate with no issues. The property was very clean, looked just like the pictures and was pre-cooled to 72 degrees upon our arrival in hot July. No problem parking close to the entry of the building and very quiet after 11pm. We did not use any of the amenities - only a 3 day stay. The stay was awesome even though we didn’t get to experience all of the amenities because of the weather. The owner was quick in his response, however , there was one issue with that when he came which was good but he entered the home without us saying to come in. Which was shocking to me and my husband. Location of condo is about a 5 min easy walk to the pool/welcome center/gym. Security at the condo is pretty strict, make sure you look for the messages from owner prior to arrival to get information for check in - pretty simple. Communication is easy and respond quickly if anything arises during your stay. The beds and pillow are very comfortable, TVs in all the room with several channels, and no concerns with cleaning. The place was a little outdated but met our needs just fine! Only recommendation or my preference would be to add more bath/pool towels, have pool balls, add sports activities equipment so don’t have to rent any, and more cooking utensils. We had plenty of space for our party of six. The kids loved there themed room. There were enough kitchen utensils to make breakfast an dinner easily. It was an easy walk to the pool and slides area. The cafe there looked good even tho we did not use it. Everything was kept very clean during our stay. They had use of puddle jumper, high chairs, goggles, pool towels, etc. Walmart and Starbucks are just a few minutes down the road. Cons: bring your own trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue all your basic needs. ( I only mention this as a courtesy to others not a complaint). Some rentals we have used are already stocked and some are not. Overall very happy with our stay and would book again. ##### Rebecca C.
