It all begins with the perfect stay, and that’s where Beachy Retreat fits the bill. Allow the magic and sunshine work their spell on you the moment you arrive at the home, ditching the bags to head out to your private, sparkling inground pool to splash and play the afternoon away. The warm, swirling air will dry you off as you recline in chaise lounge seating, turn the pages of a good book, and sip on a refreshing cocktail. The grill master among you can whip up delicious barbeque feasts on the outdoor grill, gathering the crew for al fresco dining under the shaded patio. The home’s interior boasts soaring vaulted ceilings sitting atop open spaces illuminated in natural light, expertly curated with cool neutral tones and coastal chic décor. The stylish living room offers an L-shaped white leather sectional and 2 cushy chairs for resting your feet at the end of long days while you stream movies and episodes of all your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. You’ll be in good company either dining in the kitchen nook with room for 7 or in the formal dining room with sophisticated table and chairs for 6. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes 1 king size bed, a smart TV, lanai/pool access, and ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom was previously carpeted, now is brown wood-style vinyl flooring. New photos coming. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. • Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. \- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home. Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to. • Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. • This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras. The first is located on the left side of the garage, actively monitoring the left portion of the driveway. The second is located on the right side of the garage, actively monitoring the right portion of the driveway. The third is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the home’s front entrance. The fourth is located on the left side of the home, actively monitoring the left side yard. This home is located less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 16 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Popular Sunset Walk is just a quick 5-minute drive away, featuring the Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone! HOUSE RULES: • This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs. • Pets of any kind are not allowed. Nice that pods provided for the washing machine. Queen beds were comfortable.Issues: wifi didn't work, king bed too soft like sleeping in a bowl since mid section sinks down 6 inches while feet and head are up. Probably ok for a feather weight. Superhog was frustrating because location wasn't in their system for check in. Hopefully they can fix this . Eventually got checked in but kept getting emails which was annoying.Recommend host provide coffee filters, battery for lining room clock, directions about the alarm system leading to pool, suitcase racks, suggestions for local restaurants.
