We have stayed at places with unpleasant surprises..But Not This One! Everything was clean, decorated tastefully and very pleasant. We wanted 3rd floor, top level to make sure we had no noisy upstairs neighbors..this was perfect. We had no noisy neighbors and were able to hear singing birds in the morning and frogs/crickets at night when the balcony door was open. Everything worked well. The maintenance company should stock laundry detergent and extra toilet paper. Maybe a small hair dryer also. Everything else was perfect. We loved being on the end of building with views of water ponds out each window. Ammenities were great. Pools, Hot Tubs, PickleBall/Tennis courts, Shuffle Board and helpful staff. Grounds were clean and well kept also. Give yourself extra time going to Theme Parks or beaches because traffic gets heavy going to Orlando Not too drastic.
