Took us about 6 minutes to reach the parks and the kids loved the pool. There was hair in the shower from previous occupancy. The floors were so dirty our feet wet black. I had to keep my little from from crawling on it because it was so dirty his hands would be black. I don’t think the tub or shower was washed down either. Overall it’s a beautiful spot & a beautiful resort but I just wish it would have been a little cleaner. Mike was great to communicate with so that helped if there were issues Overall, the children (12, 12, 8) had a good time, the beds were super comfy. The pool and slides are not deep or crazy.
