All ages were comfortable with themed choices of bedrooms, the movie theatre and the amazing game room. Besides just a few improvements that could be made (I.e. more grill equipment, tightening the downstairs primary ceiling fan, etc), we were all comfortable and happy. We stayed for a week and had (2) days at Disney. There was something for everyone here. All of the games worked 100%. The home theater was fantastic! Jurassic room was great too! The pool table only had 1 cue stick so that was a bummer. Also - one of the living rooms chairs was turned into corner because it was broken. Could have used a griddle in kitchen for breakfasts for such a large house/group. Also - could use some extra linens in kitchen. BUT - I would come back again. Best arcade room we have seen. Everything worked great and switches were labeled to help make things easy. The pool privacy curtains you see in the pictures are no longer there but the pool area and pool were perfect. Beds were comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms! Kids will love the themed rooms, arcade and pool, and the older ones will get great use of the pool table. The area was quiet and was a gated community as well. The neighborhood had a very nice community pool area as well. We used the movie room nightly. It did not have a DVD player but does have a Ruku box. The upstairs stayed a little warmer than we wanted but overall it was a great choice and we would stay again. The location is an easy drive to the Disney parks, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove and Sea World, etc... Note if you rent within 30 days you have to check in at the rental office. The process was fast and easy just an extra stop on the way in. ##### Craig W. Lesson learned and heads up to other families, skip this rental if you prefer to keep your stress level low. Lots of other great options out there. This rental is managed by a third party (Florida vacation rentals, goes by other names as well). You don't interact with the owners directly. Typically that should be okay but the problem is this Property Management company (Florida Vacation Rentals) drags this place down. Its a shame too because the house is solid. i'm hoping the owner sees this and selects a new company to manage his/her property. We had a couple minor, easily solvable issues during our stay. Instead the issues were compounded and not solved timely. Its almost like they are trained to dodge/counter rather than troubleshoot. This spoiled a big part of the trip for us. One specifically is the pool heat. We paid the extra 30 per day (over 200 bucks). it worked when we arrived but not again until the final day of the trip, We contacted them daily and pleaded with them to send someone out. Instead, they blamed the outside temp, when in fact it was an issue with the pump reading an error. Yes it was cold out but it was the cold the first day we arrived and it worked. The pool guy fixed it easily (water level low) but it took getting yelled out, contract thrown in our face to get it resolved. Finally when they read the pool guy report and admitted fault due to heater issue, instead of apologizing and saying we will refund the money they basically said send us an email. So i do that immediately and still haven't heard back. Borderline theft of services. Total joke, sort of makes you feel like the friend that owes you money... you have to go asking them for it back. We rent several places each year and this was our worst customer service experience. ##### greg r. Plenty of space for everyone and an amazing open floor plan for us to gather and enjoy company. The arcade games were a hit for all three generations and the theater room was used each night for us to stream and share some of our favorite shows.
