Very clean on entry but not even a few extra coffee filters to start us out. Nice unit that backed up to edge of property so fairly private. Hot tub was ok, but some jets not working and it did not maintain heat. Called management company and they said it won’t maintain heat when it’s cold out. The one real complaint was that the king mattress was terrible. Lumpy and noisy. Time for a replacement for sure. We would stay in this unit again if the mattress was new. ##### Karen M.
