Important Things to Note
• Resort Registration Required: Paradise Palms requires 100% guest verification. Upon booking, you must provide the first and last names of everyone in your party. Security will only grant access to registered guests. Front desk staff will issue daily color-coded wristbands for the resort pool and fitness center.
• Starter Kit Provided: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit (2 toilet paper rolls per bath, small bar soaps, 1 travel shampoo per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 load worth of laundry soap, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap, and 2 trash bags). Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for the remainder of their stay.
• Parking: Includes 1 assigned parking space directly in front of the townhome. Additional vehicles must use first-come, first-served unreserved spaces. No RVs, trailers, or campers allowed.
• Online Orders & Packages: Amazon, UPS, DHL, and FedEx can deliver to the community clubhouse, which charges a $10 per package handling/storage fee. Food deliveries (Instacart, UberEats) are free. USPS mail cannot be delivered, as there is no mailbox assigned to this short-term rental property.
