POOL & SPA • Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature. • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Windsor Island Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). TRASH • Valet trash service is offered daily. Every home must follow the proper trash pick-up procedures. • At Windsor at Westside, each home is provided a valet trash bench/bin. DO NOT PLACE trash at the curb for collection, sidewalk, or grass in front of the house – only place trash in the provided trash bench or bin. • Guests may place trash outside in the trash bench or bin between the hours of 7am-10am. • Trash will be collected daily after 10:00 am, seven days a week including holidays. • All trash and garbage must be placed inside 13-gallon or smaller trash bags. Do not put liquids in the trash bags or inside the trash bench or bin. GENERAL RULES • Windsor at Westside permits the Osceola Sheriff’s Department to exercise traffic control jurisdiction over the private roads within the community. Speed Limit within the community is 15 mph. • Community quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am as per county ordinance. • Windsor at Westside follows the Osceola County noise ordinance. Loud music, excessive noise, or party environments that disturb other Guests should be reported to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department by calling 407-348-1100 and then reported to the LCAM. • The use of fireworks within the Community is strictly prohibited at Windsor at Westside. “Fireworks” includes, but is not limited to, Bottle Rockets, Roman Candles, Firecrackers, Sparklers, and Poppers. The use of paper lanterns is also prohibited at Windsor at Westside. • Outdoor grills may not be used or stored on the front or side of any home. All outdoor cooking should be conducted in the rear yard only. • Smoking marijuana or other illegal substances is not permitted at any time within the Community. • Each home is designed to sleep a certain number of people due to fire code. This typically means two people per bedroom, including children. Every properly licensed home has a certificate showing the total occupancy permitted by law. Overcrowding of homes is prohibited and violators will be evicted. • Deliveries are not accepted at the clubhouse for guests or owners. Only Amazon and UPS can deliver directly to the property. Please ensure deliveries are made during your stay. Lots of room for the family to have their own sleeping and bathroom spaces in the house. Access to the clubhouse and small waterpark was nice. During the time we were there it was quite crowded and required reservations to have a shaded cabana area to use. The house was everything we expected - clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with smaller appliances and plenty of dishes to handle our group of 10\. The accommodations were great. The house was spacious and CLEAN. Our group of 12 included a range of adults and kids from ages 60+ to 5\. The pool, game room, and additional family area upstairs allowed for plenty of space for everyone to hang out and be comfortable. The neighborhood amenities were also really nice and the location was great—about 40 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes to Disney. ##### Cindi H. It was very cozy. The set up was awesome. My husband and I stayed downstairs and everyone else was upstairs. It was a very pleasant place to spend time with your family. We LOVED this property! It was a great mix of hotel amenities with the comfort of home. The house was very spacious and clean. Amenities not listed included a pack and play, high chair, pool floats, and safety gate around the pool. These are all convenient for stays with toddlers! The back overlooks some type of horse farm property which was fun for the kids to look at and added some privacy. The clubhouse was in walking distance and includes a free arcade room, arts and crafts, and the splash park and lazy river. We would absolutely stay in this property again! ##### Stephanie C. The property was clean and the decor is beautiful. Please be mindful that this home does not provide wash clothes for bathing. The pool heat did not work and we had to receive a refund. Please stop using the fabreeze.... that smell is awful and it was everywhere. I would have wanted to wash everything just to get that smell off, but it was on the furniture and drapes. Please find a true cleaning product like lysol or vinegar or bleach, not fabreeze which causes migraines, which it did for me and I had to sleep with the window open just to ease my pain. ##### Melanie C. The linens/pillow area was still damp on one of the beds our first night, I assume from the cleaning service not drying sheets completely. This was the first house I have rented with empty salt/pepper containers so we replenished those so hopefully the next guest has salt/pepper, along with a big stack of coffee filters. The fridge stopped working on day 2 but maintenance came out on the same day and got it working. Good proximity to Parks but traffic on 192 can be a pain during busy times. Not good cell coverage (multiple providers) inside the house, but wifi worked well. ##### Curt I. We were only given one towel per guest. Would have been nice to have at least two. There are carpet staples sticking up out of the carpet going into the downstairs bedroom and my husband and I both hurt our feet on them. There is not even one dish towel in the house . Overall a very nice place with access to the resort is a bonus on warm days. The game room is nice but does get really hot in the afternoon. Location is good with traffic not too bad getting back to the house. The only issue we had was the pool heat was not turned on the morning of our arrival as indicating it would be. It was turned on the next morning though and we did get reimbursed for the one day but it takes a full day to warm up so you really lose 2 days of pool time waiting to heat up. Pool temp of 85 degrees is something that should be in the description so you know up front what to expect. The management was quick to respond when we contacted them. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again. ##### Dustin M. The issues we ran into were minor. I rated the cleanliness as a 3 due to the mats on the kitchen floor being very sticky, and the dishwasher/garbage disposal had a very foul smell. I rated the description of the property as inaccurate due to the pool being very small and did not allow space for the adults to enjoy the pool while our 6 little ones swam, the pool was also shallow enough that my 6 year old niece was able to almost walk the pool from end to end and the basketball game in the garage/game room was broken. There was also an issue with an animal getting into the closed trash bin on the front porch each night of our stay. Outside of those small issues the home is lovely and we would definitely reccommend. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our stay!! ##### Trenchia M. The house was well decorated and spacious. The location was fantastic for our events and close enough to many attractions without being too close. We only encountered minor issues. Since the home is company owned, needs are met during weekday business hours. That posed a problem for us due to our itinerary. We needed a few things tended to such as fire alarm batteries, slow drain in shower, etc. Once reported, a repairman was dispatched immediately and he was fantastic! We did have an issue with the pool because a third party maintains it and they threw chemicals in on our main pool day putting it out of commission for several hours. The house managers were very empathetic and planned to connect with the company they hired. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is on a cul-de-sac and while the neighborhood is busy on weekends it’s very tranquil on the weekdays and the house is decorated in a relaxing manner. ##### Dawn H.
