Amazing Home! Each Room w/ En Suite Bath- Near WDW- Theater Room w/wet bar

  • IMPORTANT NOTES: If you want to have pool heater to be on, it is an extra $ 35/day. If you just want to have the heated spa (jacuzzi) there is an $18/day charge for it. (for both there is a minimum of 3 consecutive nights), Grill is $84 one time fee. Max guests allowed is 15. Only 3 cars are allowed per home, street parking is NOT allowed. We have a ring door bell camera located at the front door for security purposes only.

Family getaway

We visited with our kids - grandkids and some of our siblings. A total of 12 of us. Great place for hosting a large group. Spacious with nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Nice kitchen and central gathering areas. Pool and hot tub were great! Diego was a very responsive host. Highly recommend for a large group.

Home as advertised

Our family stayed at this house for our Disney vacation. Close to the parks and easy to get to. Had a few small issues arise, but Diego handled them as quickly as he could and made our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and movie room and there was enough space for us all to enjoy.

Host was an amazing communicator! House was gorgeous! I was surprised with all the details of the game room, movie room, and kids Mickey Mouse room. Pool was very nice and perfect for our family. Love this house!

This house is beautiful and clean. All the rooms are so cool and comfortable. The movie room is awesome with a great sound system! Location is convenient for visiting all the parks. Diego is a super nice guy, and very easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in the Orlando area.

The pictures I online did not do the property Justice. The rooms were large and spacious. My 2 young granddaughters loved the Star Wars room! Heating the pool and hot tub we’re well worth the extra money! Diego was very responsive when we had a question. We would stay here again!

Thanksgiving Get Away

The property was beautiful. Children and I enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pool. The short ride to the parks and local restaurants. Being able to cook on the grill was a plus for us. Diego was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The house was great! The theater room was terrific! Also the layout of the house was perfect for a large group! The island in the kitchen was enormous! Large dinning table also! Great Find!

The property has beautiful decor and a fun vibe in many of the bedrooms! We all very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is lacking some basic items if you plan to cook at the house. Our host Diego was very responsive in communication. The security gate staff was friendly, and the location of the home was close to many Restaurants, grocery store and all of our destination adventures.

Loved our stay

The house was exactly as pictured. The manager of the property so was so nice and stayed in constant contact with me. The house was so spacious for all of us. The beds were comfortable and everything thing felt clean. If you’re staying to go to Disney be aware it’s 20 min away from the home. Not a huge deal, but I didn’t do my research on that before booking. Overall loved the home and would stay again!

Great House, Great Host !

Diego was an amazing host to us. From the start he was quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. He made sure we have everything we needed before we even left for our trip. Upon arriving, we loved the house! Everything was clean and a great appearance inside. We enjoyed every room in the house including the hot jacuzzi and heated pool. Any issues we had were quickly figured out, and I would 100% rent from Diego again. Excellent Experience !

Church Staff Trip to Florida

Our church staff of 10 adults takes a trip to Florida from Charlotte, NC each year to plan events for the church. This house was PERFECT for our stay. We loved the game room, the theater room, large kitchen, pool and hot tub, the themed rooms, and the proximity to restaurants, groceries, and the Disney parks. The house was clean and accommodating. We had several planning meetings around the large, comfortable dining room table, and played board games in the living room. Above all, our host Diego, was so friendly and quick to respond to all of our communication. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a large family or group, and send our sincere thanks to Diego for his help in the months prior to our stay, as well as his communication during and afterward. Property as described

First impressions were great! Lots of room, clean, and just as described. Any issues we did have were responded to immediately. More supplies would have been appreciated as we had to spend time getting toilet paper, paper towel , dish soap…..etc Maybe supplies could be left in stock as guests like our selves could not take these with us. Just to make things less inconvenient for the next guest. I would definitely recommend this home ❤️
