Welcome to your cozy, comfortable, and charming home away from home in Kissimmee! Nestled on the second floor, the condo offers a peaceful and private setting—please note, guests will need to climb one flight of stairs, as there is no elevator access

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for families and friends seeking a relaxing escape. Just 5 minutes from Disney and only 20 minutes to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, adventure is always close. Clearwater Beach is just an hour away, and restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are right next door.

Inside, you’ll enjoy free WiFi, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to fantastic community amenities including a dazzling pool, fitness center, and tennis court.

Whether you're heading out for fun or kicking back on the couch, this affordable retreat is an ideal place to make memories. We’d love to host you and welcome you to our home!

This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping centres.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If this rule is violated we will charge a $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry, but no pets are allowed in our home. If this rule is violated we will charge a $100 penalty.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

Our entire home is available for guests to stay in.

Communication with us is preferably through the Vrbo app/website
