Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. As we are using it regularly, we take good care for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. You will find smart 4K HD TV in the living room, smart HD TV's in the master bedrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a west facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 8 guests, stop looking, you just found it !!

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 4 bedrooms;
Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed.
Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed.
Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds .
Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds.

The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate.
We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

The house was incredibly decorated and well maintained. We all loved the themed rooms, especially the Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms and Main areas! The house was spacious, the outdoor area was perfect for a family grill out for dinner. Lived the large soaking tub in the master bathroom for soaks after a long day at the parks! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great House for Disney Trip

Perfect house for family of 6 making a week-long trip to Disney. Parks were a quick 10-15 min drive and kids enjoyed the play room on our day off.

Perfect place for families

We had an amazing stay. The home was extremely clean and had everything we need. It was only about 15 minutes from Disney which was fantastic. Kids loved the pool and game room. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely stay again for our next Disney trip.

Great Vacation Home

Family Christmas trip

This was a very nice place to stay while we visited Disney on our family vacation! It was very clean, the owners were super nice and I had no problem when I emailed them, they email right back! Overall just a great place in a great neighborhood. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay!! Everything was extremely accommodating and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the different room themes! The Harry Potter room was an absolute plus!! The pool was wonderful and very warm for the month of December! We loved this place and highly recommend!! We would only recommend because we stayed there at Christmas that there would have been a Christmas tree.

Why stay at the park?

This was a great place to stay visiting FL to go to Disney and SeaWorld. Very close to get to the parks and plenty of restaurants and activities near by. The Disney themed house was perfect for my family. Very well kept and supplied home including the game room for fun. Highly recommend this property.

Had a blast here.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) stayed here for 5 days to attend a medical conference and spend a few days ay Disney. We loved being able to play in the pool (even with pool hest it was a bit too chilly after dark) and the house was extremely close to Disney parks in a quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again

Great homebase for theme parks

The property is just as it looks in the listing, clean and well appointed, and was a great home to relax in after long theme park days! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the game room and we appreciated the deck chairs where we could put our feet up with a cocktail and keep an eye on the kiddos. Disney theme parks weren't more than 15 mins away by car, and while Universal was farther (about 30 mins) it was still an easy, convenient drive. This property is a great pick for any family doing the theme park rounds, and Alain and Lucie were lovely and easy to communicate with.

Best Vacation Ever

We stayed for 2 weeks. The house was everything you see and even better in person. To be able to relax in the pool after a hot summer day in the parks was just perfect. The house was so much fun and the decor is awesome. We will definitely be back to stay again The host checked in multiple times and we are thankful for such wonderful memories

This property is amazing, the owners have thought of everything. From the Disney decor to the well stocked kitchen, this home truly gave us a home away from home feel. This home has everything you could want! My kids had their own rooms, adults had their own space. The pool area is amazing and having the luxury of a washer/dryer made packing lighter an awesome perk! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Wonderful, fun house full of every amenity you might need. Convinently located 12-15 min to the Disney parks and 5 min away from a walmart which is very convenient. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a theme for everyone. Absolutely recommend

Perfect for our Need

We spent 4 days at Disney. Was nice to have a private home to come to where we all had separate rooms, but could make breakfast and dinner. 2 miles to Disney, very close. Beautifully decorated home.
