This unique place has a style all its own.

2 story 3 BR 3 BR house with a private pool. BR#1 is a full bedroom with an en-suite bathroom located on the 1st floor near the kitchen, upstairs BR#2 is a King bedroom with a private bathroom, BR#3 is a queen bedroom with the 3rd BR located outside the room in the hallway with a large cozy bed like sectional couch located in the hallway, with the laundry room in the hallway

NO garage access or garage parking. Driveway & street parking is available.

NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT PERMISSION & PAYING THE PET FEE OF $300 ONLY WITH PRIOR HOST APPROVAL & NONREFUNDABLE PEE FEE & PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINATION RECORDS. PET MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED & IS NOT ALLOWED ON CARPET, BEDS OR FURNITURE. That goes for service animals as well no exceptions.
