Great stay!
We had a great stay at this condo. The grandparents stayed at the condo to use the pool and chill while we hit the parks with the kids. The location was great - close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the parks at the balcony by the elevators. The room is right by the elevators, which was nice and easy to get our luggage in and out. We were comfortable in the condo. It could use some updating, but I think the price was a great value and we cared more about location and amenities like the pool/hot tub. The views were great from the balcony. The pool was heated so was still great on our cooler days. Would definitely stay again!

Good Value, Full Access to Resort Amenities.
Pros: For the price this is a good value stay. Quiet rooms, spacious balcony, and great view. Full access to pool and other resort amenities.
A few cons: The Oven in the kitchen does not get up to the specified temperature. I was unable to bake anything.
The bunk-bed room is quite small and right next to the entrance, not ideal for little children.
Saw a couple little critters here and there nothing substantial.

Convenient for theme parks without Disney pricing
We were there for theme parks so didnāt spend a lot of time on site. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms with necessities, and kitchen facilities for quick breakfasts. 2 bedrooms with a 3rd area containing a bunk bed without a door or curtain so kinda weird and loud for those people. Only complaint is the tile flooring needs a good mopping between renters. Great 12th floor view facing east overlooking a lake so wonderful sunrises to start a day. The complex has a big heated pool and poolside bar but a way too small hot tub. Parking was ample and convenient. Easy to get to many restaurants, Disney World compound, souvenir shops and the freeway. 10-15 minute drive to Disney parking and 20 minutes to Universal.

5 Night Stay During New Year
Overall the property is located close to everything. You could also see all the disney fireworks off the front of the building. The place was perfect for our family for the week. Only would recommend small updating, but a great value, and super clean.

Property location was wonderful. Host was very friendly. Place was clean for the most part, although worn and dated. Oven temp really inaccurate so food took long time to cook. No supplies such as kitchen garbage bags. Grateful for coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Regrettably main pool closed along with pier to lake - pool was one of the reasons we booked this location
